1. Services

Hair By Joan provides premium hair styling and installation services. By booking a service, you agree to the specific requirements and pricing associated with that service variant.

2. Payments

We accept Bank Transfers and Crypto payments (USDT on ERC20, Starknet, and Solana). All payments are subject to verification. Providing false transaction information or fraudulent receipts will lead to immediate cancellation and a permanent ban from our services.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Commitment fees (20%) are generally non-refundable as they secure a time slot that could have been allocated to another client. If you paid in full, refunds for the remaining 80% are handled on a case-by-case basis, provided cancellation occurs at least 48 hours in advance.

4. Privacy

Your personal information (Name, Email, WhatsApp) is used solely for the purpose of managing your booking and communicating service updates. We do not share your data with third parties.

5. Changes to Terms

Hair By Joan reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our booking system constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
