Booking Policy

1. Secure Your Slot

To confirm an appointment at Hair By Joan, a 20% commitment fee or 100% full payment is required. Slots are allocated on a first-pay, first-served basis. Your booking is only finalized once the admin confirms your payment receipt.

2. Timeliness & Arrival

We value your time and ours. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Timeliness is essential to ensuring every client receives the premium experience they deserve.

3. No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior communication, your slot will be forfeited. In such cases, you will not be permitted to show up the following day. A new date will need to be communicated and rescheduled, subject to availability and potential new fees.

4. Confirmation Process

Upon payment and submission of your receipt, our team will review the transaction. Once confirmed chronologically, you will receive a notification and your date will be set. Orders dictate the dates—staying organized helps us serve you better.
