What is your styling specialty?

We are strictly a DRY STYLING hair studio. We focus on artistry and precision. Please arrive with your hair already washed and prepared, as we do not provide blow-drying or washing services at this time.

Do you sell wigs and hair?

Yes. We sell wigs, closures, and extensions, hand-picked by Joan. See the current collection on our homepage and message us on WhatsApp to check colours, lengths, and availability. Looking for something we don't have? Make a wig request and we'll source it for you.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer is available for all payments. Optional USDT or USDC is available only when the amount being paid exceeds $20 at our current store NGN/USD rate. Available networks are shown at checkout.

Is a commitment fee required?

Yes. To ensure our schedules are respected, we require a commitment fee for all bookings. You can choose to pay in full or a 20% deposit. The balance is settled once your transformation is complete. We are a strictly booking-based, time-sensitive business.

What is your refund and rescheduling policy?

We do not offer refunds because we are confident in the excellence of our work. If you miss your appointment, we will reschedule you to the nearest possible date that doesn't disrupt other clients' sessions.

Where are you located?

Are men welcome at the studio?

Absolutely! We welcome everyone. We have a particular passion for dreadlocks and welcome men who appreciate high-end hair artistry.

Do you have merchandise?

Yes! We occasionally drop exclusive crocheted merchandise. If you provide the correct contact information during purchase, our team will reach out to you immediately to coordinate delivery.
